Made the drive to DriveTime Used Cars Union City in Union City — posting notes since this board runs on receipts. They keep around 133 vehicles, mostly in-house financing (buy-here-pay-here). Heads up: they don't let cars leave for an inspection, so bring your OBD reader and a flashlight.
Lot address: 4295 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA 30291. Visitor parking: Customer lot on Jonesboro Rd. Website: https://www.drivetime.com.
Paper side: licensed with the state (looked it up), about 95% of stock has title in hand per the office, and they offer a 3-month/3,000-mile limited warranty.
Overall: good people to deal with. 12 years in business around in-house financing (buy-here-pay-here), doc fee $199 and it's on the window sheet, no games. I'd send a family member there.
