Swung by Parkway Car Co. in Topeka over the weekend since a few people here asked about them. They keep around 131 vehicles, mostly hybrids and EVs. Heads up: they don't let cars leave for an inspection, so bring your OBD reader and a flashlight.

Paper side: licensed with the state (looked it up), about 99% of stock has title in hand per the office, and they offer no warranty — as-is, but any inspection welcome.
